Art Encounters Mission
The project is designed to promote public interest in art, develop community pride and draw visitors to the retail and civic areas where they are displayed. To:
- Create conversation, thoughtfulness, emotions, meaning and creativity;
- Establish public art as an essential part of a vibrant community; and
- Experience art, style and expression in many formats.
