The Douglas County Art Encounters Call for Entries for the 2026-2027 program year is CLOSED! Please check back for the next Call for Entries in early 2027.
Artists selected for the 2026-2027 program year can expect the following:
Program Year: Selected artists should anticipate an installation timeframe of mid to late May 2026 through May 2027.
Artist Stipend: Selected artists receive a $1,500 stipend, payable after installation of the work is completed.
Location: Selected artists may have their sculpture placed in any of the participating jurisdictions – Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Parker and Roxborough.
